The hands-on CERT training teaches disaster response skills to safely help those around you when disaster strikes and when professional responders aren’t available. Learn how to protect yourself, your loved ones, and your community. 

1. Register online at https://terms.ncem.gov/TRS/courseDesc.do?sourcePage=courseSearch&cofId=147595
2. Complete the online training before April 14 (approximately 12 hours).
3.  Attend both days of the hands-on training on April 22 & 23 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each day at Fire Station One (200 Town Hall Drive). Read what is covered during this training at https://bit.ly/pcertskills
