The Human Resources Department is responsible for ensuring that Town employees follow all Town policies and procedures in accordance with employment and labor laws.

The Human Resources Department is also responsible for overseeing employee relations and for administering employee benefits, training, classification, and pay.

The Town has 231 full-time positions, as well as 6, 30-hour positions. The Town also employs another 130 to 140 part-time employees, mostly with the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department.
