The Communications Department is responsible for the production and dissemination of information about Town operations and business to both the public at large and to Town employees. The department focuses on community outreach and engagement, media relations, and public relations. The department is also responsible for creating and managing the Town's brand standards.
Our chief purpose is to build relationships with those who work, play, live, and travel within the Town of Morrisville, through ongoing, effective, and open communications.
The Communications Department creates and manages all of the Town's primary communications vehicles, including its weekly and quarterly newsletters and its social media channels.
The department also creates press releases, signage, and other materials for the media and the public.
