Please join staff from the Town’s Planning Department and the Town’s consultants, Houseal Lavigne, to learn about the proposed Transit Oriented Development (TOD) and Zoning Plan at an open house at Town Council Chambers, 100 Town Hall Drive, on Aug. 10, from 4-6 p.m. As part of the ongoing 2021 Land Use Plan implementation process, this plan provides a visualization of the TOD and will serve as the basis for future zoning text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance to install the TOD zoning standards. The open house will not include a formal presentation. Instead, the consultants and Town staff will be available to review the proposed plan, including maps and conceptual images, with interested parties on a come-and-go basis.
