Vehicle Accident Reports

The Morrisville Police Department does not keep copies of reportable motor vehicle crashes. To obtain a copy of a traffic accident report, contact the N.C. Division of Motor Vehicles at 919-715-7000 or visit the Crash Reports Website.

Incident Reports

To obtain a copy of an incident report involving the Morrisville Police Department, please choose one of the following methods:

In Person

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., except for Town holidays.  

You may also mail a request to the above address. Please provide the report number, date of the incident, location of the incident, and the officer's name. Most requests will be processed within 10 days.

Most requests are processed within 72 hours. However,  during busier times or during Town holidays, requests can take up to 10 days.
