Curbside Collection from GFL Environmental

 Before completing this form, please verify that:

  • Your cart was:

    • Placed out on the correct collection day

    • Was on the curb by 7:00 am 

    • Had all of the items placed inside the container

    • Garbage was bagged and recyclables were loose

    • Carts were not cross contaminated

    • Carts were 3' apart and free of any obstructions

  • Your yard waste was:

    • Placed out on the correct Wednesday

    • Leaves and grass are placed in paper bags

    • Sticks are bundled

 

  • Please allow GFL until the end of their workday (5pm) before reporting a missed collection. 

  • If your garbage, recycling, or yard waste was missed by GFL, please fill in the information below after 5:00 pm on your service day or first thing the next day.

  • GFL will only do missed pickups up to 24 hours after the scheduled service day.
